If the luminaire you have chosen is not in stock and needs to be made first, please allow two days for manufacture.
As soon as your luminaire is ready for dispatch, we will endevour to securely pack and dispatch your order within 3 working days. Please note that couriers charge a very high fee to collect from us at weekends or on public holidays. We therefore will only have the courier collect on the working day following a weekend or public holiday.
Shipping details, including the Courier Tracking number will be confirmed by way of email. If your order is greater than R350o, you will not be charged a courier fee. If not, the subsidised “Flat Rate” shipping fee will be included at checkout (R170).
South Africa is a vast country. Courier companies typically operate in and between the major centres, and charge a premium when delivering “off the beaten track”. We mainly use The Courier Guy, who will deliver almost anywhere. They charge additional fees for delivering to farms, power stations and some closed complexes. If you suspect this may be applicable to you, please contact us before completing your purchase so that we can check first. You can either email andy@exceptional.co.za, or call on 082 803 9005. If you complete your purchase and there are additional courier fees applicable, then we will have to consider using one of the alternate options mentioned below.
All orders that don’t qualify for our normal courier service will be dispatched via your choice of any of the following:
- PUDO – operated by The Courier Guy – if you have a PUDO pickup point nearby
- Postnet (if there’s an office nearby where you would need to collect your parcel)
- Pep Stores or Pick n Pay internal courier services
